1.1. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, of the European Parliament and the Council, dated 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of these data, which repeals EC Directive 95/46 (General Data Protection Regulation) and, insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework on Personal Data Protection.
